About

One architect, one method, no hand-offs to juniors.

RevTech Agency is Daniel Secareanu plus a small network of senior partners. You talk to the person who designs and builds your system.

The story

Why RevTech Agency exists

I started in marketing and technology twenty-five years ago, when “automation” meant a mail-merge and a cron job. Since then I have run marketing for software companies, built a marketing technology consultancy in Romania, and have spent more than ten years inside HubSpot portals, first as a customer, then as a partner, with the last five dedicated to revenue operations.

The pattern I kept seeing was the same: companies bought a good platform, configured it in a hurry, and then made decisions on reports nobody trusted. The fix was rarely more software. It was a clear data model, a process the team would actually follow, and someone willing to read every workflow before changing anything.

RevTech Agency is built around that job. We operationalise the Winning by Design Revenue Architecture inside HubSpot, we borrow from Dave Snowden's sense-making work to decide how much certainty a problem actually allows before we design for it, and we use AI aggressively in delivery, to read portals, recover data and build automation faster, while keeping a human accountable for every change that touches a customer record.

We are a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner, based in Bucharest, working with B2B companies in Europe, the US and the Middle East.

Values

What we believe, and where each belief came from

Every value below is attached to a moment that taught it. That is the only way a values list means anything.

1

Read before you change

We fetch the live state of a portal before touching it, every time, even when we built it last month.

Learned the hard way: a workflow edited in the UI between two sessions turned a routine change into a two-day cleanup. Now nothing is trusted from notes.

2

Verify every write

An API call returning 200 is not proof. We re-read the record after writing and keep a reversible log of every bulk change.

A country-code workflow once wrote the wrong value to 11,355 contacts in one afternoon. The reversible manifest is why it was fixed the same day instead of becoming a data quality legend.

3

Say what is not there

We label what is unverified, deliver review sheets for records we did not touch, and tell clients when a request should not be built.

An enrichment vendor looked like the obvious answer for thousands of nameless companies. We tested it first, it failed, and we said so before the client paid for it.

4

Simple survives

Native before custom, defaults before enforcement, one workflow instead of three generations of the same one.

A pricing automation for a client whose price lists change on a whim was designed to set defaults only. Anything stricter would have needed rebuilding every quarter.

5

Grow by growing others

Documentation is written for the client's own team. The goal is that they can run the system without us, and choose to keep us anyway.

The engagements that lasted longest were the ones where the client's RevOps lead understood the build well enough to argue with us about it.

Partners
