What we collect

Information you submit through forms (name, email, company, message), meeting bookings, and usage data collected by HubSpot's tracking code and Google Tag Manager (pages viewed, referrer, device and approximate location based on IP address). Cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner, except those strictly necessary for the site to work.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiries, deliver resources you request, schedule and hold meetings, understand how the site is used, and, where you have consented, send occasional relevant communications. The legal bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in running the business, and the performance of a contract when you become a client.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in HubSpot (EU data centre) and Google Analytics. We do not sell personal data. Processors act under data processing agreements.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to three years after our last contact, client data for the duration of the engagement plus statutory retention periods, and analytics data according to the retention settings of the tools used.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@revtechagency.com. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

We update this policy when our practices change and show the date at the top.
